Best exercises to help your relationship

When marriages or relationships begin to shake, couples usually try to solve the problems themselves or seek help through counseling or books. But most of the times those solutions are way out of their budget or they simply are afraid of trying them. If there is already a lot of stress in your relationship, its probably not the best idea to add more of it by going to some therapy which costs quite a lot per hour, and then get some financial problems as well. Besides, most men are not that eager to speak their problems to an unknown person and share their feelings with them. So here are a couple of tips that can help you improve your relationship:

Get together before saying good bye. In the morning when each of you heads its own direction, try and talk what plans you have in mind each of you for the day.

When you get together, connect. When you get home, talk with your partner at least 15 minutes about how your day was. It's a great way to get rid of some stress and reconnect with your loved one.

Appreciate. Each day try and find different ways to tell your partner how great it is and what you admire about him. Be wise with words, don't say simple stuff, get specific.

Add some touch. In the begining of the relationship you were all crazy after each other. If you want to get some of that back, get more close, more intimate. Touch your partner, cuddle, kiss, etc. The more you do this, the happier both of you will be.

Weekly. Make a commitment to date each week 1 time. Bring the magic from the begining back in the relationship. Plan everything out and just be the two of you. Talk how your week was, and what plans you have for the future.
