I came to the conclusion that I planned to change the way I eat . I cut all the negative things and added significantly more healthy and good things . I eventually could not slay the sweet tooth regardless of what I tried . I kept finding myself wishing for cookies , pie , chocolate , well you understand what I mean .
I went hunting online and I ran across that you can change all those horrible things in sweets with healthy ingredients . I thought cool I can accomplish that . After my first attempt I failed horribly . I had a cookie that was very difficult , and tasted like my grandpas shoes and boots from the 50's . I however did not call it quits .
I searched again on the net and discovered a tumblr that had a number of healthy desserts on them . I brought the bakers hat out and went to work . This time I prepared some cookies which were the bomb . In addition they were extremely healthy for me . One batch I made was a protien cookie , for those times I hit the gym .
It is not hard when you finally understand how to substitute . However I am not seasoned or knowledgeable enough in front of a rolling pin to really know what really should be substituted , or what to use in place . So that after following all these excellent recipes I uncovered a web page that had a ton of recipes on it . At this time there is not many but for me this really is enough to get me by .
I am absolutely sure that the owners will add more , at the least that is what exactly the web page says .
